Shipping & Orders
What shipping methods are available?
We ship via trusted courier partners across India. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/WhatsApp/email to follow your shipment in real time.
What are your shipping and dispatch timelines?
Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of confirmation. Delivery typically takes 4-7 business days depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time, but we hope to offer it in the future.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and link via WhatsApp/email/SMS. You can also check your order status by logging into “My Account” on our website.
How can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at +91 88079 40011 or hello@yazhinisarees.com. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
Exchanges & Returns
What is your return policy?
Since each saree is handpicked and quality-checked before dispatch, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons like change of mind or sizing preference. We only accept returns if the product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
My saree arrived damaged. What do I do?
Please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email at hello@yazhinisarees.com with clear photos or a short video of the damage and the packaging. Our team will review and arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once your damage claim is approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Do you offer exchanges for a different saree?
Exchanges are only offered in case of a damaged or defective product, for the same item subject to availability. We do not offer exchanges for design, color, or size preference.
Payments & Privacy
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets through our secure checkout. Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.
Is it safe to use my card/UPI on your website?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.
Will I get an invoice for my order?
Yes, an invoice is generated for every order and sent to your registered email address after purchase.
Is my personal information kept private?
Yes. We value your privacy and only use your information to process orders and improve your shopping experience. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
Account Settings
Do I need an account to place an order?
You can checkout as a guest, but creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and view your order history more easily.
How do I create or update my account?
Click on “Login / Create an Account” at the top of the website. You can update your profile details, password, and saved addresses anytime from “My Account”.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click “Lost your password?” on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your registered email to reset it.
