These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Yazhini Sarees website (yazhinisarees.com) and any purchases made through it. By browsing or shopping with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

Yazhini Sarees is an online retailer of handloom and handwoven sarees, sourced primarily from South Indian weaving clusters including Kanchipuram and Ellampillai. We are registered under Udyam/MSME (NIC 47510).

2. Use of This Website

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or using the site under the supervision of a parent/guardian, to place an order.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.
  • You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

3. Products

  • All sarees are handpicked and handwoven; minor variations in color, texture, weave, and zari work are natural characteristics of handloom fabric and not considered defects.
  • Product images are for representation purposes. Actual color may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, and screen settings.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing/description errors at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We accept payments via the methods shown at checkout. Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.
  • In case of pricing errors due to technical issues, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Orders & Dispatch

  • Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of confirmation.
  • Delivery typically takes 4-7 business days, depending on your location.
  • We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are only applicable for products that arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, logos, designs, text, and the Yazhini Sarees name and branding, is the property of Yazhini Sarees and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Yazhini Sarees shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products purchased through it, beyond the value of the order itself.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
