Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
At Yazhini Sarees, every saree is handpicked and quality-checked before it leaves our facility. Because of the handcrafted and delicate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, sizing, or personal preference.
We do accept returns and offer a full refund or replacement if your saree arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
Eligibility for Damage Claims
To be eligible for a damage-related return:
- You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- The saree must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags/packaging intact
- You must provide clear photos or a short video of the damage/defect and the packaging it arrived in
- Claims must be raised via WhatsApp or email at hello@yazhinisarees.com
Claims raised after 48 hours, or items showing signs of use, will not be eligible for return.
What Is Not Covered
- Change of mind or size/colour preference
- Minor colour variation due to photography, lighting, or screen display
- Natural variations inherent to handloom and handwoven fabric
- Damage caused after delivery due to improper handling, washing, or storage
Refund Process
Once we receive your damage claim with photos/video, our team will review it within 2-3 business days. If approved, you can choose one of the following:
- Replacement of the same product, subject to availability
- Full refund to your original payment method
- Store credit for a future purchase
Approved refunds are typically credited within 5-7 business days.
Shipping
- We currently ship within India only – international shipping is not available
- Dispatch within 24-48 hours of order confirmation
- Delivery typically takes 4-7 business days depending on your location
